BBC - Breaking News Seals that prevent North Korea from using its main nuclear plant at Yongbon have been removed, says the UN's atomic watchdog.
North Korean officials have also told the UN that its inspectors, from the International Atomic Energy Agency, will have no further access to the Yongbyon plant. The removal of the seals comes amid a dispute over an international disarmament-for-aid deal. North Korea said Washington had not taken it off a list of state sponsors of terrorism, as promised.
