By: WEBMASTER It is an amazing time we live in. My whole life I have heard various preachers preach about the soon return of Christ Yeshua our Lord. I have heard fire and brimstone “turn or burn” messages and even the very subtle messages of warning coming from the pulpit. Now we are nearing the end of the church age.
No time in history has the world seen so many crises all at the same time. Take for instance that natural disasters are up more then 400%, we have a new cold war, Nuclear Pakistan completely unstable, Iran planning on striking the US and Israel, Israel worries region could be 'theater of conflict' as Russia boosts military ties with Syria, the global economic crisis, and these examples are only the tip of the iceberg. Jesus warned that if the days of the tribulation were not cut short that no one would have survived. The thing that is most alarming to me is that we have not started the actual tribulation yet. The tribulation starts when Israel signs a 7 year peace treaty with the Muslim Antichrist called Imam Mahdi. I can’t imagine how bad the tribulation will be. Things are already bad enough, how much worst can it get? The answer is a lot worst. My inference to the doomsday clock is a great example of how we in the past have tried to gage how close we are from doomsday. The clock was only at two minutes to midnight once in 1953 when the US and the Soviets tested nuclear weapons nine months apart from the other. Currently the doomsday clock was reset in 2007 to 5 minutes to midnight. With the world having so many more nuclear threats I am sure it will be reset to the two minutes to midnight setting now that Russia has threatened a nuclear attack against Poland, Musharraf resigning from office in Pakistan, and Iran’s refusal to give up nuclear program. I knew when the iron curtain fell December 25th 1991 that the world would become a far more dangerous place. Right away Russia and the other former soviet republics started selling nuke warheads and weapon technology to the highest bidder. The Russians and other former soviet republics that had nukes are very much the reason why we have the nuclear problems we have today. If they had not sold weapons technology to countries like Iran they would not be the threat they are today. Now instead of two nuclear powers we have dozens. Now let’s couple all this with natural disasters, the rise of the end times beast of Islam, our economic woes, and all the other crisis that are going on and you have a recipe for the biggest disaster in history, the tribulation. There is a way you can escape these things in a way. Give your heart to Yeshua today. At least your spot for eternity is secured. Just pray this simple prayer to receive eternal life with Christ Yeshua our Lord. Lord Jesus, I need You. Thank You for dying on the cross for my sins. I open the door of my heart and receive You as my Savior and Lord. Thank You for forgiving my sins and giving me eternal life. Take control of the throne of my life. Make me the kind of person You want me to be."
