BEIJING (Reuters) - A virus outbreak in an eastern Chinese city has
killed 19 children and left hundreds ill, state media reported on Sunday
nearly two months after the outbreak started.

KARACHI, 27 April 2008 (IRIN) - Outbreaks of malaria are being reported
in various parts of the southern province of Sindh, with local people
blaming the authorities for failing to carry out preventive measures,
including the spraying of insecticide to kill mosquitoes during the
pre-spring breeding season.

eight others were injured in a gun battle near the U.S. border on
Saturday that was one of the bloodiest shootouts in Mexico's
